All prices displayed on Kingsman Group are exclusive of taxes and customs charges (unless otherwise specified). Customs charges, such as import tax or duty, may apply based on your delivery location.

Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Expect shipping confirmation and tracking details within 1-2 business days. If you need to modify, cancel, or correct your delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately. Once the warehouse processes your order, changes cannot be made, and we are not responsible for errors in provided details.
Local Orders:
Hong Kong & Macau Orders: Free shipping on orders over HK$1,000. We primarily use SF Express, but alternative couriers may be selected for areas not serviced by SF Express. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, though stock availability and location may extend this.
International Orders:
Free shipping on orders over US$600. We primarily use tracked couriers like FedEx or DHL. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, but delays may occur due to stock availability, location, or customs processes in certain countries.

Our policy requires us to ship merchandise to an address that is registered with your credit card company or PayPal. If you would like your package shipped to an alternative address, we require that the address be registered and verified with the credit card company or PayPal.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

There are select countries that we are unable to ship to. If your country does not show as available for shipping in the shopping cart, please contact us for additional assistance. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to any location without prior notice.

In the event that packages are not collected by the recipient, we reserve the right to recover all costs associated with processing the order and facilitating its return. Such costs will be deducted from the original payment made for the order.
